2. Data we may process
Depending on how you use the Service, we may process a wallet address, transaction hash, Mysterium identity value, support correspondence, device and browser technical data, and information needed for security, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance. We do not request private keys or seed phrases.
Public blockchain data may be permanent and visible to others. We do not control the public ledger or third-party RPC, wallet, exchange, bridge, node, or protocol services.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide and secure the Service, perform the contract, handle purchases and complaints, comply with legal obligations, establish or defend claims, and pursue legitimate interests in preventing abuse and improving reliability. Optional analytics or marketing processing requires separate consent where required.
4. Recipients and transfers
Data may be shared with hosting, infrastructure, payment/accounting, security, support, and professional-service providers where necessary. Blockchain and third-party services may process data independently under their own notices. International transfers require an appropriate GDPR mechanism where applicable.

We retain data only as long as necessary for the stated purpose, legal obligations, security, and limitation periods.
